They added, ŌĆ£We recently filed a complaint to the investigative authorities based on new evidence collected through fansŌĆÖ reports and self-monitoring.ŌĆØ Furthermore, they explained that several defendants were already previously convicted and fined, but continue to post malicious contents despite being under investigation. In such cases, the company will continue to take legal action until the malicious content is stopped. Big Hit Entertainment revealed, ŌĆ£Some people have created dozens of accounts to post malicious contents. We monitored and filed complaints against all accounts believed to be owned by the defendant in question.ŌĆØ Big Hit added, ŌĆ£In particular, the company plans to seek a civil claim for damages done by suspects who continue their criminal activities even after they were convicted.
