Night in Paradise is the only Korean feature film to be invited this year and is the first Korean film since director Kim Ji WoonŌĆÖs The Age of Shadows (2016) to be invited to the Venice Film Festival. Night in Paradise, starring Uhm Tae Goo and Jeon Yeo Bin, tells the story about a man who has become the target of an organization and a woman standing at the end of her life. Veteran actors Cha Seung Won, Lee Gi Young, and Park Ho San have also appeared in the movie.
